We are looking for a Business Expert to the Payment Group within H&M’s Finance Department!
The Finance Department is responsible for all financial activities for the H&M Group including Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, Insurance and Incoming payment solutions for store and e-commerce. The Finance Department is based in Stockholm and Borås.
The Payment Group within the Finance Department is responsible for all the incoming payments for store and e-commerce within H&M. The Payment Group is divided into three teams, Direct Payment, Credit Payment and Business Solution.Our work includes establishing Finance activities in new markets (negotiating with vendors, setting up way of working locally etc) as well as developing and maintaining new and existing payment options in our existing markets.
As a Business Expert you will act as a hub and source of knowledge, supporting ongoing projects and pre-studies with a deep understanding in payments and our solutions. You as a person are fluent in business, but understands IT.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for knowledge about current business requirements within the payments area, knowledge about implementation as well as its business flows and processes
Secure that system capability and delivery are according to requirements.
Support other functions with business knowledge and expertise.
Investigate incidents with other functions and communicate internally.

- University degree.
- 2-5 years’ relevant work experience
- Extensive experience of working in SAP
- Good knowledge about online payments
- Experience in current business processes with an understanding of cause and effect
- An analytical mind-set
- A structured way of working with documentation
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
