Transformation leader with IT sourcing experience i Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced transformation leader with IT sourcing skills to Sales Online & Marketing at H&M IT department. Are you a ready for an exciting role?

As Sourcing Responsible you will be part of our Sales Online and Marketing division that provides IT services for the Online Channel in close co-operation with the business organization. We develop and maintain our e-commercial platform at H&M and our brands.  We have a fast paced, buzzing environment with great diversity – a place where the customer is always the center of attention.

As Sourcing Responsible you act as the “sourcing strategy channel” into the delivery area, through driving and implementing the sourcing strategy process and activites. You also support the delivery area into the right strategic direction and communicate the division’s sourcing strategy. You will be leading the sourcing transformation according to the defined sourcing strategy and also work with establishing vendor governance models.

You will be part of the Service Area management team and work closely with Service Area Responsible, System Responsibles, Project Managers and Staff Responsible to support them in the journey towards the right sourcing option.

To succeed in this role we see that you have a extensive background in IT, for example as a project manager, and is used to lead projects with complex solutions. You should also have experience and competence in sourcing transformation and strategy and used to work closely with vendors. As a person we believe that you have great communication skills and value own responsibility and teamwork. Your responsibilities

The job of a Sourcing Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Participate in definition of Division’s sourcing strategy and tactical sourcing plan
• Coach and train delivery areas in relevant sourcing topics, e.g. in vendor management process, how to apply the vendor portfolio and how to optimize usage of various sourcing options
• Steering, support and follow-up of the implementation of sourcing strategies in the Service Area
• Drive sourcing related transformation work in delivery area, e.g. support delivery responsible in setting up new vendor delivery models and vendor governance
• Drive implementation and secure adherence of Vendor Management Process in delivery area
• Ensure, together with Delivery Responsible, that the area has the right vendor base catering for the current and future needs

• Experience of sourcing transition and transformation in multi-vendor set-up, strategic and tactical level within IT
• Experience within IT Maintenance and development,  preferable ERP-solutions in large global companies
• Leadership experience
• Experience of procurements and vendor relations
• Experience of strategic planning, change management and/or practical implementation of new ways of working
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
