Manager for OPR – O2D Development P&L

OP – Order, Planning and Export within Scania are responsible for order intake, central planning, export control and invoicing for all of our products. Our goal is to create stable and controlled flows through continuous improvements.

Order to Delivery Development P&L, OPR, is responsible for challenging and improving the Order to Delivery (O2D) process, meaning that improvements and deviations in the O2D process are identified, visualized and directed to the right functions. The main area of responsibility lies within the industrial side but we strive to improve the entire supply chain, End to End, to generate increased delivery performance as well as reduced lead times.

The current manager for OPR is leaving the position for a new challenge within the company and we are now looking for his replacer.

Your work assignment
You will be responsible for a team working with flow optimization and implementation of improvements throughout the entire O2D process globally. This by working cross-functional with both industrial and commercial functions.

The group is divided into the regions “Europe”, “Eurasia, Middle East and Africa” and “Asia and Oceania”. The team consist of Regional Managers and Region Analysts who are ensuring optimal flows for their markets, and Business Developer whom are developing methods, tools and process in a global perspective. You will be part of the OP Management Team.

Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with great interest and experience within Logistics and/or the O2D process. As a person, you have leadership skills with excellent motivation and communication skills. You have experience as a manager and like a dynamic environment.

You are goal and customer oriented and have a high accountability. You use a holistic view on things and have the ability to prioritize amongst many activities and subjects. A good contact network within CO, S&M and P&L is an advantage. Also additional languages than Swedish and English is meriting.
