Today every vehicle leaving the factories is equipped with a IoT communication platform collecting millions of data events, waiting to be analysed to get better insight about the vehicles, and to be able for us to deliver customer value through services in our strive to be global leader in sustainable transportation solutions.

You are the solution architect that will help us, in close cooperation with our DevOps teams, reach our goal, through making sure we have the right target architecture that our platforms and tools follows. The driving forces are IoT service architecture, cloud and modularisation.

We are looking for experienced and motivated technologists who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. You will need to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and will have worked in a fast paced and collaborative environment, also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.

Skills and Experience

• You will possess significant hands on implementation experience and can demonstrate a strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Since we are moving towards cloud first, experience of cloud architecture is meriting.
• Experience in micro service architecture, domain driven design, and RESTful Services is highly meriting

Your profile
Ideal candidate is self-motivated and willing to engage in both pure analytical type of duties as well as more hands on operational issues.

The ability and the drive for learning, and curiosity about new technologies and our customers business are highly regarded characteristics.

You as a person are a team player who works well independently, is responsive and humble with an ability to drive technological developments based on business needs.

MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
