Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Brand Activation Planner to be responsible for coordination and brand activation planning.

 

You will be part of an impactful, experienced, consultative team focused on execution to actively drive and support company brand agenda. As a member of this team your know-how and expertise will be counted on to drive and develop brand activations that helps shift company positioning, that is showcasing our business capabilities and that maintains a coherent brand visibility towards selected target audiences.

 

You will take part in work to initiate, drive, execute and secure consistent, proactive brand communication through integrated communication activities and plans. You will pro-actively seek solutions that are scalable and creates focus in our brand work. You will create, package and/or order targeted messaging and assets and you will facilitate, manage and maintain relations with external parties and other external stakeholders.

 

 

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Ensure that planned budgets, ambition levels and time lines are met
  • To establish and measure efficiency and effectiveness measures and support the organization with insights on how these should be achieved.
  • Guardian of our tracking documents for brand investment initiatives
  • Evaluate and identify the reasons for deviations and adjust plans for future activations.
  • Support in follow-up on paid media campaigns and secure strong reporting back on results  - learnings and improvements captured
  • Support in tracking KPI’s and targets in brand initiatives.
  • Support in analysis and evaluations of  brand initiatives (both internal and external activities)
  • Pro-actively contribute to impactful initiatives to support a company brand agenda that creates business value

 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Brand strategy and marketing know-how skills (minimum experience 5 years)
  • Digital marketing strategy with web analytics web management skills
  • Pro-active executional project management, process-oriented with analytics skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial creative thinking skillset
  • Executive stakeholder management
  • Excellent financial management – budget control, negotiation
  • Business Understanding
  • Education: University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
