Job Summary 

In the role as Product Development Leader and R&D Line Manager you will help to secure Ericsson technology leadership, right scope, quality, time and cost for products, and to support lean and agile development principles. You will as a leader coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations and foster an innovative and learning culture.

 

We are looking for you who are eager and passionate to be a development and people leader in the forefront of large scale software development. You will work within our near real-time Business Support Solutions with focus on Revenue Management. Our systems are developed with industry standard technologies, geared for virtualization and cloud environment.

 

You will be part of a global development organization and interact with peers in different parts of the world.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks
 

  • Lead and motivate people and teams to excel in their roles and perform at their best
  • Set goals, review and feedback performance and setting personnel salaries
  • Be part of leading operations of our systems- and software development
  • Drive technology and product leadership in your product
  • Flow optimization in development
  • Take development responsibility including design maintenance.
  • Secure strategic and operational planning of competences.
  • Setup and allocation of resources in development programs.
  • Drive and coach continuous improvements and innovation of products
  • Drive and coach knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Take active part in our steps of evolving and optimizing our agile global development

 

Position Qualifications
 

  • A University Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, and +5 years of experiences from the software development industry or relevant leadership roles.
  • Documented experiences from people, project or technical leadership.
  • Experiences from work with Software Development and Research.
  • We see you who are focused to deliver results and want to meet customer expectations
  • You know about and embrace Lean & Agile principles, and like to work in team environment
  • You have inter-personal skills and look forward to meet and work with people
  • You know how to coach and how to make people engaged
  • You show communication skills and knows how to adapt presentations to the audience
  • You are flexible and willing to adapt & respond to change
  • We see that you can formulate strategies and concepts
  • We see you being creative and like to innovate and find new ideas and solutions
  • We work in a global environment which means English skills are a must, and a second additional language is meriting.
