Head of Local Services Company Sweden

 

The position is accountable for the contractual delivery of field and build services for our customers and their satisfaction ensuring the end 2 end management of people, operational results, financial and KPI performance.

 

The candidate is the Managing Director of the LLS legal entity. In addition reports to the Head of Networks and Managed Services Delivery for Customer Unit Northern and Central Europe and is a member of this Leadership Team.

 

Main responsibilities:
• Develop, improve and execute on the LSS services vision and ensures that the organization evolves towards an agile, improved value added service and efficient   organization
• Manage and develop customer relationship in close agreement and collaboration with the KAM
• Take overall responsibility for the budgetary management of the Unit cost centers ensuring the Commercials of the business (training costs, expenses, time recording, pay budget etc. ) are effectively managed to deliver the overall revenue, margin and opex targets for the business
• Manage, lead and motivate a high performing team of employees to consistently deliver departmental objectives and achieve customer service level agreements   contributing to the overall business objectives and targets
• Lead and develop the Delivery unit’s capability to deliver high quality services with competence staff on our contracts: Set appropriate targets and drive capability   certification / assessment, dimensioning, recruitment/interviewing and competence development, as per business needs, ensure that staff have the right level of   competency and are best in class
• To liaise closely with stakeholders and implement a one team approach to issue resolution, handover and project delivery success
• Lead a culture and way of working characterized by proactive attitude, teamwork focus, strong performance ethics, high professionalism, and high energy. Own and   drive action plans to ensure employee motivation and engagement

 

Qualifications and Experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• University degree in Business or Engineering / ICT.
• 10-15 years of experience in managerial positions within the telecom and/or ICT industry
• Ability to effectively translate customer engagements needs into internal requirements
• Experience in forecasting and dimensioning of delivery capacity based on business needs
• Ability to lead a service delivery organization cross multiple geographical sites
• Senior capability in managing and driving change in a large, complex organization
• Ability to attract, develop and retain competence in the organization
• Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and creating synergies
• Ability to manage relationships at the highest level within Ericsson as well as the customer organization. Strong driver of one Ericsson
• Leadership
• Strong on senior team leadership, able to lead large/matrix organization
• Create shared vision and common goals in line with Ericsson strategies, focus areas and priorities
• Ability to motivate and engage, communicating to empower, and develop high performance culture, competence, and skills
