H&M Online Sales is now looking for a Site Manager to join our Online Operations team. You might be the one we are looking for!
 
Online Operations
The Online Operations function is a team within H&M Online Sales, who is responsible for making sure that  is up and running, working as expected and that all commercial and sales related activities are working as planned. Online Operations is responsible for making sure that the customer can shop, pay and receive their orders for all our 45 e-commerce markets. The team works globally and today consists of Incident Coordinators, Site Managers and a Head of Online Operations. 
 
Your responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you will work together with a team of Site Managers and Incident Coordinators, as part of a cross functional cooperation that extends to most parts of H&M. You are reporting to the Head of Online Operations and take part in all daily tasks related to hm.com and the platform you are overall responsible for. You will ensure that Online Sales in close cooperation with H&M IT work towards fulfilling the goals set up for hm.com.
 
Your responsibilities are:
  • Attend daily status meetings with IT and communicate the expectation from Online Sales.
  • Stakeholder and key contact for project deliveries within Online Sales.
  • Coordinate and translate needs between Online Sales (such as Merch/ VM teams) and IT
  • Work close with the commercial activities planned for hm.com
  • Key contact person for IT and responsible for approving changes done in the production environment and making sure that, together with IT, impact and potential downtime of the site and systems are minimized.
  • Decision maker during disturbances and main contact person for IT to make well weighted decisions based on optimal business impact.
  • Set up and drive cross functional forums together with other functions (i.e. Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service) making sure that we set a priority that benefits H&M and are focused on our customers.

Who are you?
In order to succeed as a Site Manager for hm.com we believe you are a service minded team player with strong communication skills and an interest working in the intersection of IT and business. You have the ability to quickly get an overview and see the big-picture, yet easy to understand the details. To be successful in this role we also think you have: 
 
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Incident Coordinator, Super User or equivalent role within IT.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills – ­ being able to move between high level demands from the sales teams to detailed IT demands coming from a third-party developer
  • IT and business understanding – to be able to take part in technical discussions and understanding the potentials and risks both from an Online Sales business point of view as well as IT.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.

This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
