IT Project Manager within e-commerce i Stockholm

Om tjänsten

Are you an experienced Project Manager who wants to deliver business value in a fast-paced environment? Well then, come and be part of H&Ms expanding e-commerce platform for our other brands; COS, Cheap Monday, Monki, Weekday, ARKET and & Other Stories!

As a Project Manager you will lead a variety of projects ranging from smaller implementations with teams of about 2-3 people to larger projects that span several platforms and multiple functional areas within IT. You’ll be working closely with business, our vendors and third party suppliers in a global environment, right in the centre of our brands expansion online.

You will be part of New Business Online that is responsible for developing and maintaining our brands’ e-commerce Online solution. Our online platform integrates with multiple systems within H&M in order to deliver the whole value chain to our customers from ordering a product, paying for it and finally receiving it. We have a fast-paced business with ever-changing demands from our customers and business.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have substantial experience within IT and have managed projects for about five years. You’ve probably lead projects to implement new systems and are familiar with complex environments where there are multiple system dependencies and integrations. You’ve succeeded, you’ve failed and you’ve learnt from your mistakes, making you secure in yourself and your abilities. Apart from being a skilled Project Leader and great at building relationships with your colleagues, we think you have the ability to understand changing business demands.

H&M is an exciting place for an IT career! Our expansion is long-term and is taking place through several brands - we grow both online and with new stores. This requires a lot from our IT-solutions with fun challenges along the way. We make great efforts to create an inspiring, creative and open working environment and we expect you to contribute to that. You are guaranteed many challenges and opportunities to grow.

Your skills include:

  • Around five years experience as a Project Manager
  • Having a solid understanding of IT and ability to discuss IT solutions, techniques and principles
