We are looking for a Group Manager for our Customer Analysis team within Global Marketing

The Customer Analysis team is part of the Media & CRM section within Global Marketing Department. We work with transactional and demographic customer data to optimize our offers and communication. Our goal is to build a continuously growing and loyal customer base.

The team consists of three sub-groups:
• Customer Analysts that are responsible of their own online markets and work closely with the Media and Sales teams to support effective business decisions based on analysis.
• Customer Test Analysts that evaluate and analyze our media investments by conducting tests using test and control groups.
• Customer Research that conduct surveys to learn more about our customers shopping experience and behavior.
Working as a manager for the Customer analysis team you are responsible for the teams’ business plans, performance and people management. You are recruiting and coaching your team members as well as representing the team in various function and project meetings. You are also taking active part in the ongoing analyses and problem solving as well as driving the teams’ method development.

This role includes the responsibility of:
• Suggest and drive activities for targeted customer segments
• Develop customer strategies and share customer insights
• Develop and implement methods of customer and marketing analysis and follow-up
• Drive development of existing and new IT structure
In your role you will be a part of the Media & CRM management team working closely with the Group managers of CRM, Media Channels and Web Analysis, Customer Selection and Global Media Support. You will also naturally work closely with the Online Sales team. In this role you will impact how H&M can leverage customer insights throughout the business.

• Has very strong analytical skills
• Has previous leadership experience and great social skills
• As a person you value own initiatives, constant improvement and short decision paths.
• You are a good communicator that can describe complex information in a concise way to a broad audience.
• Qualifying if you have previous experience of working in SAS and Tableau

The position is fulltime and based in Stockholm with a preferred start date in August/September 2018
