H&M group launches a new brand during 2018 – are you up for the challenge? Join us at Afound in Kristianstad!

Afound will be an off-price marketplace offering a carefully selected, broad and diverse assortment of price reduced products from well-known quality fashion and lifestyle brands for women and men, from external brands as well as from the H&M group. With focus on styling and inspiring presentation, as well as attractive offerings from brands in different price segments, Afound will offer a new engaging shopping experience. Afound’s market place will be launched online and with physical stores opening in Sweden, during 2018. 

Overall role:

As part of a new team developing a new retail concept you will be a key player in your role as Department Manager. You will work in close collaboration with support functions. Your results will have a great impact and you can really make a difference!

We are looking for:
  • An experienced sales advisor or already a department manager today with a high drive and passion for fashion who is goal driven and ready for a new project.
  • You have knowledge and experience of Store Operations to ensure best customer offer.
  • Have previously work in a leader role
  • As a leader, you give hope and stability and act with trust and compassion.
  • You have knowledge in commercial presentation.
  • You are interested in the future development of retail and the contemporary driving forces influencing customer behavior.
Main responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in optimizing sales based on customer needs and expectations
  • Support in staffing, daily operation procedures and maintenance of your store.
  • You recruit, introduce, train and develop your team.
  • Collaborate within store management and support functions to secure the right garment levels.
  • Analyze and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results. 
  • Responsible for creating a great place to work.
