As a Security Architect your mission is to create secure solutions for our business demands and to make sure our platform and systems protect our customers data. We have a complex and dynamic IT-environment where being able to grasp both the bigger picture and get into details is a must. One day you’ll decide how authorization to customer data must be implemented, and the next decide what type of cryptography is appropriate for a particular solution. You will be part of our architecture team.


To succeed in this role, we believe you are self-driven and have a great track record of delivering on your goals. Your niche is security and your experience spans from having implemented technical security solutions to implementing industry standards such as PCI-DSS and GDPR in practice rather than theory.


You will be a part of the area New Business Online that is responsible for developing and maintaining our brands’ e-commerce Online solution. Our online platform integrates with multiple systems within H&M in order to deliver the whole value chain to our customers, from exploring and ordering a product to receiving it. Your responsibilities


The job of a Security Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.


Your to do-list includes:

- Being responsible for solution design and lead solution analysis within our e-commerce platform

- Working closely with various stakeholders to analyse feasibility in new requirements and projects.

- Having a dialogue with vendors regarding security architecture and best practices concerning our platform
- Understanding and implementing architecture guidelines & security standards
- Sharing your security expertise with your colleagues
- Contributing to our divisions IT security governance network
- Carrying out audits, reviews, security risk analysis


Your skills


- 3+ years experience implementing security architecture with experience of large IT landscapes and complex organizations

- An understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into a solution architecture
- Experience in creating, implementing and documenting solution architecture that caters to confidentiality, integrity & availability
- Good at expressing yourself and explaining complex matters in a simple way, adapted to your audience
- Great communication skills in English, both spoken and written.


It is an advantage if you have experience from Hybris eCommerce, Adobe Campaign or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Experience of working with e-commerce solutions is also beneficial. It is also a plus if you have experience of working with external vendors of IT services, managed service and/or offshore situations.
