The offer
As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in shaping the future for Partner and Customer Service in Nordea Finance. You will lead a team with 10-15 employees located in Stockholm. As an important member of the leader community in Partner and Customer Service Sweden you will enter a changing environment with strong focus on partner and customer satisfaction, delivery and result and you will be expected to act as an agile leader working close to your team with a continuous improvement mindset.
 
You will work in close collaboration with your team and peers and secure customer and partner flows and outside-in thinking. You will also be in constant search of how we can become more proactive, efficient and relevant to our Partners and Customers.  
 
In Partner and Customer Service we are responsible for bringing value to Nordea Finance’s Partners and Customers, in fact that is the core reason for our existence, and our guiding principles to reach the ambitions are customer centricity, efficiency and profitability. We serve Partners and Customers with best in class service and constantly strive for improving our ways of working, our dialogue and approach to fulfil partner and customer needs and you will be a key stakeholder to make it happen.  
 
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Follow up, give feedback, coach and develop team members  
  • Define and agree on objectives for the team, set direction and prioritize  
  • Drive and lead change to reach targets  
  • Identify and establish new ways of working  
  • Work cross-teams in customer life cycle to set efficient customer centric work flows  
  • Use and implement Lean and other tools for customer flow understanding  
  • Continuously strive for simplification and harmonization of tasks and processes  
  • Manage transformation and changes both from a technology and people perspective

Your background:  
  • Experience from working close to partners and customers  
  • Understanding of drivers for great customer experiences  
  • Strong communication and networking skills  
  • Experience of change leadership  
  • Capabilities to present, influence and work cross borders  
  • Process and customer flow understanding  
  • Track record from work and competence in process efficiency and simplification  
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
