We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for Powertrain Machining IT which is a part of the Order to Delivery (O2D) department within Scania. We are looking for a person with a significant interest in leading the work with a number of our third party applications, and to secure daily business operation and accelerate business development for these applications.
Your role
You will work as a Maintenance Manager with the responsibility for a number of external applications delivered by third party suppliers. Within you area of responsible you will have to assure that we have the right prerequisites to deliver the right support, and uptime according to the business needs at cost. You will adopt an agile approach and will be the primary contact for the end-users within the company. Based on business demands and IRP/ARP you create roadmaps, and follow up with business, and the third party suppliers so that we keep our promises.
Your profile
Our successful candidate will be a natural leader with a good understanding of agile culture and ways of working. You also have the ability to coordinate cross functional deliveries. You have a degree in IT or equivalent work experience, complemented with 1-3 years of experience in a leading role, such as Maintenance Manager, Scrum Master or Team Leader, and a significant interest in IT. You need to be proficient in written and spoken English, since it’s our corporate language.
