Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

At the SFS Head Office located in Södertälje, the front office is responsible for the commercialisation of our the complete range of our financial services product portfolio including Export & Trade finance solutions. The function drive and coordinates the development of sales processes and the financial services product and service portfolio . The plan is that the team will consist of 5 subgroups: Sales & Marketing, Customer Insurance, Export & Trade Finance, Business development and Digital transformation. The work is conducted cross-functional with large contact areas against our business units and markets, local market companies, segment groups and other product areas within Scania Sales and Marketing. The role is a permanent position. You report to the Vice President, Front Office.

New possibilities enables us to share data with each other, apply machine learning and artificial intelligence. We want you to support Financial Services information management. We are in the journey of increasing the possibilities to share data within different sections of Scania and also between factory, commercial operations and Financial Services. We want you to be member of an experienced team willing to develop Financial Services within digitalization working closing with the central Digital function and with the sister function within Commercial Operations.

Your tasks
The main tasks are the following

• Plan and lead activities by defining and driving the Financial Services portfolio / program of digital acceleration projects
• Be instrumental in developing a plan for, and establishing program / project governance for the portfolio together with other relevant parts of the Financial Services organisation and Scania
• Defining overall Financial services digital capabilities and creating a capability roadmap
• Setting up governance and structure in a digital strategy
• To enhance the digital customer journey experience

• Leading and co-ordinating the prioritisation and implementation of digital transformation initiatives in the 15 SFS business units and with Scania Commercial Operations on group level.
• Securing use and reuse of Scania general capabilities
• Communication in all shapes and forms
• Hands on Programme management

 Your profile

• You have an academic degree and have approximately 8+ years of experience, in management consulting, digital strategy consultancy or equivalent internal function in a large company
• You have experience in B2B captive financing
• You are analytical, accurate and highly motivated to drive deliveries and create lasting results
• You have the ability to develop governance structures and set ups in a concrete, lean and functional way
• You are responsive and have the ability to build and develop relationships to drive change
• You have an entrepreneurial drive and excel in taking initiatives and making things happen
• You have experience in leading programmes and large projects within business and IT, reporting on an executive level in an international business context
• Your English is excellent, another language is a plus.      
• You have experience of and passion for working in multi-cultural projects across borders
