Agile Product Owner with passion for HR i Stockholm

About the Team

We are the Cross Functional Team (CFT) "Swedish HR & Payroll" and we're now looking for an Agile Product Owner (APO) for our Swedish HR area. The HR solution is cloud based and our responsibility is to secure the service delivery including both development and maintenance. We need to analyze needs, propose development activities and align/cooperate with service vendors and other CFT.

 

About the Job


In the APO role, you are responsible for what to build/order and when, to maximize the value of the investment. Since we work with Cloud solutions the supplier relation is very important, the development is done by these external consultants.

  • You secure delivery of appropriate, secure & reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle within the HR area.
  • Responsible for collecting input and managing expectations from your stakeholders in order to optimize the deliveries.
  • Ensure that the backlog is in place; find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle and regulatory items.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries.
  • Plan and estimate the work & deliveries together with the team and other APOs.
  What you need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you need understanding & knowledge in development and maintenance of IT-solutions. You have understanding of the HR process domain. You are preferably an experienced agile professional and a promotor of the agile way of working and experienced in working with external vendors. Excellent communication skills are crucial, and you find ways of adapting your communication to different stakeholders easily. Education: Preferable Academic degree in engineering, business administration or any other relevant discipline.

  • optimize the value of the work the cross functional team performs
  • request tasks to be added to other teams backlog,
  • prioritize and agree on priorities with other team's APO
  • take decisions in the interest of Swedbank (balancing different needs) 
  • Knowledge about the HR processes

What you may have worked with previously
  • Project Manager, Team Lead or similar
  • Scrum Master or driving agile team member
  • In a senior HR/Payroll role
