In Swedbank, Digital Banking is responsible for customer experience, innovation, development and maintenance of channels and tools used in customer interactions. The organization consists of ~600 employees spread over all our home markets. Digital Banking is a rapidly growing unit and we are quickly becoming one of the most important strategic areas of the Swedbank Group

Swedbank is in the middle of a large transformation where the bank quickly needs to adapt to fast-paced innovation and change in customer expectations. Digital Banking is in the center of this journey and is in many ways driving the change.

The cross functional team you will be joining is developing Swedbank's next generation engagement and personal financial management services. The ambition is to provide a complete overview of our customers' financials which is the most important building block to remain the financial access point for our customers – keeping the digital relationship in our channels.

You conduct your work the agile way, ensuring that we efficiently develop the right things with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities. You will be responsible for detailing user stories and anchoring the backlog items and quality assurance of delivered functionality.

In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for:

• Together with the Agile Product Owner work with requirements and relevant stakeholders.
• Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the back-log
• Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders
• Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
• Acceptance test developed features before release
• Together with the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value
• Plan and estimate the work together with the team
• Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code/functionality to improve over time

• Technical skills to the bridge between Business and development
• Have experience of working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
• Good communication skills
