PLM Studio Submissions Manager i Stockholm

Working in the Studio Submissions team to deliver all necessary tasks related to the submission of required documents and builds to Certification/First Parties/Origin. Own the Studio Age Ratings pipeline working with the PLM Age Ratings team, QA and Dev, and own the set up and configuration of all digital content in First Party tools/systems (Full Game, Trials, Demos, DLC, pre-orders etc).

The role requires owning the task list required for the Studio Submissions role. As a local PLM presence you represent the publishing organisation and fostering relationships with development teams is a key part of the role. The key initial relationship is with the DICE Studio and franchises, however this will eventually include all titles under the EASE Studio BU.

• Own tracking of documentation incoming from Outlook, Confluence, JIRA etc.
• Own Age ratings pipeline, working with Dev, QA and wider PLM teams on submissions
• Update and finalize certification entries in CertCentral.
• Maintain and keep all required PLM documents, such as dev forms and project map, up to date.
• Send builds to EA Certification via Shift.
• Keep PLM Franchise Lead up to date on changes to development milestones and risks coming from Studio
• Monitor and update studio and 1st party JIRA, DevTrack, DevNet and other issue tracking tools. Escalate to respective parties.
• Create and update commerce offers using the Xbox Developer Platform, the Sony Product Management Tool and the Origin Digital Content Management Tool
• Assist with troubleshooting live store issues and work as conduit to PLM Submissions team, PLM Franchise leads, Dev, QA and Cert teams
• Lead calls and meetings between different keyholders to communicate and solve issues.
• Partner with the PLM Submissions Technical Manager on product set up and franchise kick off calls/meetings, in order to set best practices and consistent set up across all EA titles

• Project management experience.
• A willingness to work flexible hours
• Proven skills of MS Office and an ability to quickly grasp other computer applications.
• Proven skills with issue tracking tools such as JIRA or DevTrack.
• Proven skills with working in Confluence or other team collaboration software.
• Co-operate, collaborate and work towards a common goal in conjunction with other stakeholders.
• Use a variety of styles to persuade and put across own view in a positive way.
• Identify, focus and implement changes needed and increase sense of urgency.
• Ability to work under pressure maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate in a clear and concise manner both written and verbally. Excellent written and spoken English is required for the role.
• Knowledge of day-to-day tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, Office package, Slack, DevTrack, Perforce.
• In Depth Knowledge of 1st party tools such as: NPMT, XDP and DCMT
