The challenge ahead
We are now looking for another experienced highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our DICE HR team in Stockholm. Your, as well as our, objectives will be to coach, support, and challenge our leaders and managers to create a highly engaged and talented workforce. The role is strategic as well as hands on in a very exciting, creative and cutting-edge industry. You will work in a studio that is striving to create the best digital entertainment in the world.
The right person has to be comfortable and familiar with working in a rapidly-changing, high growth environment where you have a real desire to work proactively with prioritized HR and business initiatives.
As our new HRBP you will partner with teams and leaders within DICE to develop and implement people strategies at individual and team levels, as well as support them with general HR related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Being an HRBP at DICE you will work closely with the rest of the HR team based in Stockholm, Guildford, Gothenburg and LA and with our Centers of excellence, for example: Talent Acquisition, University relation, Compensation and Benefits and Global Mobility. Furthermore, you will:
- Facilitate and create individual and team development plans aligned to business strategy.
- Identify appropriate talent and strategic workforce planning solutions. Establish clarity about critical roles across the studio and develop strategies to address retention risks and skill gaps, ensuring succession plans are in place and a continusely dialog about our talents and future needs.
- Develop and lead the delivery of local and international HR programs that drive employee engagement and development.
We are looking for someone with
- Proven experience in working with leaders in a consultative and coaching way with a strategic perspective and tactical execution.
- Strong experience partnering with teams in a technical industry
- Strong business and people acumen; able to frame HR initiatives and expertise in a business context; able to think, act and communicate strategically. Insightful about how people will be impacted as a result of business decisions; challenge driven.
- Independent thinking with results focus – able to quickly sort through information, form an opinion, and develop solutions.
- Ability to lead HR projects from concept to completion
- Presentation skills experience, ability to produce presentations and work with sell-in and roll-outs.
- Since the role to a high degree will work on an international level, it is important to speak English fluently; being used to working in an international environment is a benefit.
