The Tech organization at DICE consists of highly skilled and creative engineers who require an organization around them that supports their ambition to build the most jaw-dropping experiences for our players. To make sure they get the support they need, and to utilize the full potential of the studio, we are now looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to join the ranks of DICE Technology.
Together with the Domain Technical Director (TD), you form the team leadership. You report to the TD. You will be the manager of a team and drive short and long-term people and process development efforts. You are embedded in your team, close to the day to day work focused on leading people and driving engineering efforts.
Good candidates for this role love games as much as we do, and have a strong technical background. You can run technical initiatives independently and have a demonstrated progression in management responsibility.
