Team Lead within IT i Stockholm

As a Team Lead you will lead the daily work of Requirement Analysts, Architects and Release Coordinators. You are also expected to be an active part of POS management team and a have a great impact to form the way of working. The role requires close cooperation within the team, other internal H&M stakeholders and our principal suppliers who are responsible for POS-development.

The Division Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems and related services enabling sales in stores across the H&M Group. The POS-team is responsible for the IT service for Point Of Sales (POS) for all H&M group brands and countries excluding franchise. The team manages all business development for POS and has the responsibility for requirement analysis, design and scoping of new POS releases, working closely with our POS suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

The job of an Team Leader at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Responsible for team management of approximately 15 requirement analysts, release coordinators and architects including resource planning
• Ensure planning and distribution of team work load and tasks in their daily operation
• Leading and supporting the requirement analysts and architects in their daily analysis and design work
• Prepare and facilitate weekly design meetings with our suppliers
• Prepare and facilitate cross functional design alignment meetings with surrounding systems
• Participate in bi-weekly business prioritization forums
• Responsible for continuous improvements of ways of working internally and with our suppliers

Your skills

And your skills include:

• 2-3 years’ experience of project and/or team management in a IT global delivery situation
• Experience in working with external suppliers in joint development deliveries
• Strong skills in facilitating and leading meetings and workshops both internally and externally
• A solution- and result-oriented person with the ability to organize and create structure
• Diplomatic and communicative
• Excellent communication skills in speech and writing both in English and Swedish

It is beneficial if you have experience of development of integrated solutions in large enterprise architectures and experience of retail and/or POS systems.

Some travel may occur.
