Business System Specialist – Learning Support i Sodertalje

Business System Specialist – Learning Support, team Business System Support

Business System Support is commissioned to work with customers from all of Scania’s operations globally and is in an interesting development phase. We are responsible for system support and maintenance in Scanias Learning Management System, MyCompass.

Tasks

  • To support Local Learning and Local Performance Administrators
  • Manage requests and inquiries Develop in existing system functionality
  • Test and release new and updated system functionalities
  • Train Local Learning and Local Performance Administrators
  • Communication to users and administrators
  • System Content Management

Knowledge and skills

  • Analytic and creative problem solving
  • Customer oriented
  • Communication and active listening skills
  • Knowledge in system administration
  • Ability to visualize complex issues
  • Teamwork
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Education and experience

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience with maintenance support or similar

You are an open minded and dedicate person with great social skills. You like to work in a team, are a business oriented problem solver who is motivated to work with continuous improvements. You have a consultative attitude and are good in communication.
