Business Analyst, Test and Lab H&M brand business development

The function Business Development is a part of H&M Brand. The focus for this organization is cross functional development. We also want to create simplified and unified prioritization and steering within H&M brand and set an even stronger focus on customer experience. Business development currently have approximately 130 employees and we will be an expanding function ahead. Do you want to join us?
The team test & Labs works with understanding our digital customer offer through analysis of web analytics and A/B tests. The insights gained are part of the decision making. We work closely with the business development programs and business functions.
Your responsibilities
The job of an Business Analyst, test and labs at Business Development comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Drive, set-up and facilitate A/B-tests, capture results and analyze the outcome
- Support business development with fact based decision making through A/B-tests
- Idea creation and collection within the area of A/B-test
- Communicate and anchor results with stakeholders
- Support Business Development programs with A/B-test analysis and idea creation
- Identify business opportunities to achieve CRO and a better customer experience
- Responsible for driving constant improvement within the area of A/B-testing
- Act as a business expert within the area of web analysis and ensure development within this area
Optional Responsibility/Skills (not mandatory skills but a plus):
- Support business development with fact based decision making through web analysis (Business Cases, projects etc)
- Define high level web analysis requirements and secure a qualitative handover to IT
