As an Application Expert, you enable business development by your system- and business knowledge. We have a natural rotation approach over time, which means that you have the possibility to change between different types of teams or initiatives e.g. you can participate in roll out projects or the solution team. The position is situated within the functional area Accounting & Controlling. We strive for compliance, quality and efficiency in all our financial, accounting and controlling processes and IT solutions. We work with global roll outs of the template solution, application maintenance and supporting new business initiatives.

As Application Expert, you will be responsible for design, functional requirements and some configurations in the SAP solution. You can work with either roll out or strategic maintenance over time. To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience in SAP within the Accounting and Controlling area. You have a strong technical interest but also a curiosity to develop your leadership skills from an Application Experts perspective. We believe you in a long term want to take on more responsibility, as team lead or leading pre-studies and/or sub-projects. You are structured and like to work independently as well in a team.

Your responsibilities

The job of an SAP Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list can include:

• Ensure that business requirements are realized in the solution and in line with the existing template solution
• Provide SAP expertise throughout the project phases
• Transfer SAP solution knowledge to business end-users and business experts
• Propose and design high level changes for future and participate and guide in questions regarding design of roll-out or other projects to secure the global template
• Continuously review the solutions, secure guiding principles, template scope and roll-out guidelines

• Solid experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration of SAP FI/CO
