As IT Project Manager at H&M you will be a part of a fast-paced, buzzing environment where we all share a great ambition and an anything-is-possible attitude. You will work within the area Accounting & Controlling, which is responsible for implementation of the finance and controlling parts of our SAP Retail solution and for rolling out the template solution worldwide for stores and online markets. It is an area with lot of things going on, where you will be part of several types of initiatives or teams.

As IT Project Manager, you will be working with smaller as well as more complex projects, both within the division and cross different business units. You will work with many different stakeholders and in close collaboration with our business, and therefore it´s important that you are a strong communicator.

We are looking for you who have a couple of years of Project Management experience within SAP implementation projects. You have insight in controlling and accounting processes and are used to work with lots of stakeholders. Your responsibilities

The job as an IT Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Be responsible for overall scope of a project, detailed plans and ensure that the project is delivered within stipulated time frame
• Work in close collaboration with business and contribute to cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure that business requirements are realized in the solution and in line with the template solution or guidelines
• Lead, inspire and motivate project members and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the project’s success

Your skills

• Project Management experience from implementing SAP solutions
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead a team with mixed roles and competences
• Good business knowledge from accounting and controlling processes
• Good communication and documentation skills in English
• Have the possibility to periodically travel as part of work

It’s qualifying with previous experience of from design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP FI-CO.
