Agile Product Owner to the Cards Acquiring area, Commerce i Stora Essingen

In a role as Agile Product Owner (APO), you will be responsible for what to build/deliver/maintain and to maximize the value of the investment opportunity and the work of the cross functional teams (CFT). In the role you will act as APO for two out of five CFT's in the Commerce BIO area.

Main activities of the CFTs are to:

• Develop and maintain the Card Acquiring systems and services within the Clearing & Settlement area, as well as contribute to integration with PayEx as part of the overall strategy and delivery road map for the Commerce area
• Ensure stable and high quality deliveries as well as continuous stability of the systems and services managed by the team
• Ensure contribution to problem, incident and crisis management 
  
  

Your assignment comprises

• Prioritize and manage the backlog in order to maximize value for the users and customers; decide when there is enough value to release to production together with stakeholders
• Ensure that the backlog is in place: that items are created, acceptance criteria are defined and items are understandable for the team
• Ensure that agreed investments opportunities/MVPs from the value stream roadmap are delivered
• Responsibility to assure prioritization so that there is a healthy balance between new functionality, maintenance and life cycle
• Plan and estimate the work together with the team
• Expectation management towards stakeholders including establishing, maintaining and communicating prognosis of what will be done and when
• In collaboration with the Chief Product owner (CPO), ensure there is efficient process and solution in place for transparent stakeholder request management, planning and communication
• Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
• Collaborate with other teams and APO's in order to secure value stream joint deliveries
• Ensure that IT services are aligned with the Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture and strategies as well as Wanted Position

You will work together with two cross functional teams with extensive knowledge, skills and experience in the services around acquiring in the clearing & settlement area, and also continue on the teams journey towards an agile way of working, which was started a couple of years ago. The CFT's consists of software engineers and business analysts, everyone with focus on high qualitative deliveries of new development as well as lifecycle handling - all with a helpful and collaborative atmosphere in the teams. You will also have a very close collaboration with the Product specialists, as well as other key stakeholders in the Commerce area and we can guarantee a high pace as well as challenges but most of all – a great deal of fun!
