Job Summary:

 

Ericsson is now looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager to support, develop and manage the networks deployment team, providing insight and direction to achieve business goals.

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • You will lead an established network deployment team supporting various rollout and expansion projects across the networks business.
  • Recruitment, development, talent, and performance management of Implementation Managers across different projects.
  • Drive performance management and improvement initiatives across the network operations business.
  • Manage key internal stakeholders on project, program, and organisational performance.
  • Provide resource and financial forecasting to management.
  • Support budget and cost management.
  • Drive a productive work environment.
  • Drive performance leadership and support.
  • Undertake general team management duties.
  • Encourage efficiencies and continuous improvements.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Min years of experience: 10 years of Telecom Industry experience (preferable RAN) with at least 5 years in a management/leadership position.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts when liaising with project teams, business stakeholders and senior management
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation and a complex operating environment.
  • Outcome focussed working with people – coach, develop and build the team’s performance.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Negotiation, persuading & influencing skills.
  • Planning and organising.
  • Occupational health & safety (OHS).
