The H&M Group is a global leading fashion retailer operating in 69 markets with eight brands; H&M, H&M Home, COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, &Other Stories, ARKET and Afound. The H&M brand is the biggest brand in the group. The Marketing & Communications department consists of around 400 people in Stockholm with many colleagues around the world. We are now looking for an experienced HR manager to join Marketing & Communications and become part of an exciting HR journey in the H&M brand.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Based in Stockholm, you will lead
a HR team working closely together with our leaders in the Marketing &
Communications department. You will set a business focused HR agenda with
emphasis on developing a capable and agile workforce meeting the needs of
tomorrow. You will identify and develop talents and work through the leaders,
enabling them to become leaders of the future. Together with the department
leaders you will play an important role in identifying opportunities of
improvement and drive change. The HR manager is both a strategic and hands-on
role to enable the Marketing & Communications department to deliver towards
the overall H&M business goals. You will be a member of the management
team.
Overall responsibilities:
As part of the global HR H&M brand team you will design and implement the HR strategy for the brand together with your HR colleagues. You will bring business insights, HR knowledge and you will share best practice, all to increase the value HR brings to the business. As part of your role you will implement and run global people processes in a way which helps our leaders to effectively deliver results via their teams, engage and develop their people.
