Within the H&M Group, Global Logistics is responsible to make our fashion and products flow in a sustainable, qualitative and efficient way. We put the customer in focus and our job is about fulfilling the customer promise, creating a great online and in-store shopping delivery.

The Transport & Trade Department within Global Logistics is responsible for everything that moves within the H&M Group. Transport & Trade plays an important role in the supply chain, focusing on efficient, sustainable and innovative last mile transport solutions. We now want to strengthen the team with a Business Expert who will work with online related outbound transport.

Your main responsibilities will be to secure delivery options for our existing and new online markets globally. You are the online distribution speaking partner for the H&M group and you are responsible for the maintenance of our Transport Management System (TMS) solution and the business incident escalation point of contact. You will have a cross-functional focus and together with Business Experts and IT Application Experts develop and secure the TMS roadmap. You drive distribution requirements in internal as well as in external projects, including carrier changes, track-and-trace, delivery intelligence and new carrier requirements. You will also be responsible for release planning, scope planning and the follow-up of TMS related capabilities.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Logistics and transport knowledge and understanding, from work experience and/or university studies
• Online distribution knowledge, including different setups and solutions
• A solid understanding of TMS online solutions within the online channel
• Work experience from waterfall agile projects
• Clear communication and presentation skills, including written and spoken English
• An analytical mind-set with the ability to dig into details
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• A structured way of working with documentation
• The willingness and possibility to travel
