Your future responsibilities
In Business Change Management/BCM we are responsible for
driving change initiatives for investment products where a unit within Wealth
Management is product responsible. The products we currently handle are PBPM,
direct savings within internal funds, IPS, ISK, ASK and Pensions Savings in
Denmark but more products are to be added over time.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive a scrum team as
the Product Owner ensuring correct implementation of business
requirements
- Backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of
user stories
- Mitigation of business impediments impacting successful
team's business deliverables
- Develop user stories and validates planned and implemented
scope throughout product lifecycle by ensuring high quality implementation
of business requirements
- Work in accordance with agile development models
The

Your profile and background:
- We
require a minimum Bachelor degree in Business/Finance/Economics or similar
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner
- You need to be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency
in one or multiple Nordic languages is a plus.
