Stockholm with 2-5 years of experience . This is an opportunity for you to
contribute with your expertise in many different legal fields, giving
high quality legal support to the business and group functions. It is also an

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Group Legal and the Retail Banking Law SE where we
we provide legal, customer related, advice on various fields of financial
and commercial law, e.g. in connection with the establishment and follow-up of
customer relationships, and credit matters in addition to drafting loans
and security agreements. We also handle claims and civil law disputes, and
support the business with relevant training.
What you'll be doing:
- Support business and group functions with legal advice on
various fields of i.a. financial and commercial law
- Drive and support projects within Retail Banking
Law and Group Legal
- Assess and inform internal stakeholders on relevant laws,
regulations and market practices in order to enhance awareness of legal
risks and opportunities

Your profile and background:
- 2-5
years of experience from legal work within the bank sector, law
firm or law clerk training
- Swedish Masters degree in law
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
