Scrum Master to FICC i Stockholm

The FICC Value Stream is responsible for development and maintenance of products and services related to FI (Fixed Income), FX (Foreign Exchange) and Credits. We are now looking for a service minded and energy driven Scrum Master to one of our teams.

The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coaches the team members. He/she helps the team to remove impediments and works for continuous improvements.
The role includes:

• Coach the team to deliver sustainable high velocity and quality
• Manage, lead and follow up on activities and initiatives within the team
• Coordinate with other teams and Scrum Masters
• Arrange and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, participate in weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings, monthly release meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
• Continuously improve the way of working
• Ensure agile methodology adherence
• Work with team building

• System knowledge (Calypso )
• Accounting, Valuation, Treasury and Risk knowledge and a broad network
