In Swedbank, this work is currently being done at the Transformation Office within Group Lending & Payments. As a part of a bigger team working with transformation regarding identification and improvements for processes and the organization the Automation team is supporting the organization with resources and knowledge needed for RPA. The team is both helping out with identification of suitable automation opportunities as well as implementation of agree automation initiatives.

The job will include a lot of cooperation, communication and knowledge building and sharing, both within the unit but also with other related units in the bank, such as business and IT units. The work is based around an agile way-of-working with daily scrums and sprints to plan and coordinate the work and gives the opportunity to be a part of both planning and continues follow-up on success factors and possibilities for improvements. The team is located in Stockholm and Vilnius and therefore some travelling will be required.

To be able to perform the required work in an efficient and compliant way you will get the opportunity to take the necessary training needed to fulfill the demands for the role. That will include training regarding both the tool and the aligned method to use for the whole automation process.

The role requires a great interest in and an open mindset towards new technologies and process improvements to be able to drive the process and broaden the spectra of automation and process improvements. You need to be solution-oriented, self-driven, comfortable to take own initiatives as well as structured and efficient in your work. Being a good team-player, strong in building networks and good communication skills as well as fluent in English, written and spoken is critical for the role.

Previous experience within the field is highly rewarding. As the role demands that you are able to take RPA training in a high speed and still learn a lot you need to be a quick-learner. Good knowledge about financial services, operational processes and process analytic skills is needed to perform the role in a qualitative way.
