The Business Development Department within Global Logistics is responsible for the development and maintenance of logistic solutions and tools. Our goal is to have smooth and cost efficient warehouse processes and tools, contributing to a great customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high skilled team focusing on designing the best warehouse management processes for all channels and brands. The solution will be rolled out to existing and new warehouses globally over the coming years.  We now want to strengthen our team with Business Experts within Online and Store, responsible for the design of the warehouse processes and development within the system. The role has a cross-functional focus as you will work closely with IT application experts within warehouses and other areas, testers, business experts within other areas for example merchandising and transport and also with local teams at our warehouses around the world.

Main responsibilities

• Design and evaluate existing and new Way of working within our warehouses.
• Evaluate and investigate Change Requests for future improvements.
• Participate in configuration and implementation of the new business processes according to our global template.
• Continuously and independently secure high knowledge of the system functionality.
• Secure high knowledge of ongoing changes in both system and way of working.
• Participate actively in development forums.
• Act as a link between global business and IT.
• Continuously work with improvements in way of working and methodology

To be successful in the role we believe you have:

• Logistics knowledge and understanding, from work experience and/or university studies preferable from warehouse.
• In total a minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably some period in warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate around technical solutions and issues.
• Basic knowledge of one or several ERP systems (for example as an end user).
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) experience is highly qualifying.
• Great communication skills in English
• The willingness and ability to travel
