H&M group launches a new brand during 2018 – are you up for the challenge? Join us at Afound in the upcoming store in Kristianstad!

Afound will be an off-price marketplace offering a carefully selected, broad and diverse assortment of price reduced products from well-known quality fashion and lifestyle brands for women and men, from external brands as well as from the H&M group. With focus on styling and inspiring presentation, as well as attractive offerings from brands in different price segments, Afound will offer a new engaging shopping experience.

Overall role:

As part of a new team developing a new retail concept you will be a key player in your role as Assistant Store Manager for the upcoming store in Kristianstad. You will work in close collaboration with the Store Manager, Visual Merchandiser responsible as well as the rest of the sales team. In this role your initiatives and results will have a great impact and you can really make a difference!

We are looking for:
  • A sales driven people person who is working as department/floor manager or already are an Assistant Store Manager today
  • A person with high drive and passion for fashion who is goal driven and ready for a new project
  • A Leader who can and wants to develop the entire store team by being a role model and inspire to reach and exceed goals
  • A person with knowledge and interest in commercial presentation
  • You as a person are interested in the future development of retail and the contemporary driving forces influencing customer behavior
Main responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Store Management team in optimizing sales based on customer needs and expectations
  • Assisting the Store Management team in establishing and reaching sales budgets and store goals
  • Assisting in recruitment, training and developing the store team
  • Support in daily staffing, operation procedures and maintenance of your store
  • Follow up sales team with individual feedback and assist in dialogue meetings
  • Analyze and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results
  • Work together with the Store Management team to ensure visual merchandising procedures and give feedback to sales team about campaign and sales activities.
