Your future responsibilities
As Service Operations Officer in Asset Services, you can expect a versatile working day, which includes planning and execution of administrative tasks.
You must have a proactive approach in everyday life where there will be many different tasks that often must be solved under time pressure. We often receive unforeseen tasks, which mean that we refocus to meet deadlines.
In Asset Services, the core business is to provide our clients with timely depot and securities services of high quality. When joining us, you enter a diverse team where we value the importance of collaboration and having fun together.
As Service Operations Officer, you will work with administration and handling of events such as dividends, Proxy voting and mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions.
You will have daily contact with clients, internal and external business partners and with some extent Danish, Norwegian, Finish, Swedish and international authorities. Together with your team, you will also constantly work with improving our routines with focus on risk and quality.
The position is in Stockholm and to 2019-01-31.

Your background:
- Experience from Asset Services is an advantage
- Fluent English and one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and/or Swedish), both verbal and written
- A Bachelor degree
- Excel and technical skills at a high level
- Experience from Retail Banking or has a financial background within the investment area is an advantage
- It will be an advantage if you have experience with contingency improvement, business development and driving processes with a “can-do” attitude
