Klarna’s goal is to improve the online buying experience for our consumers and merchants all over the world. The Reporting, Analysis and Forecasting team (RAF) support Operations and Service Center in understanding the complexity of consumer post purchase behavior and contacts to Customer Service. We are looking for a talented Operations & Planning Analyst who is interested in workforce management and data analysis, and want to influence the buying experience for millions of customers all over the world. 

As an Operations & Planning Analyst you are a key stakeholder in the Service Center domain responsible for forecasting staffing requirements for Klarna’s in-house and outsourced Customer and Merchant Service processes. You work closely with our partners and process owners, and analyze performance and KPI data to improve forecasts and delivery in Service Center.
What you will do
    • Together with the data modelling team, produce contact volume and staffing forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Analyze contact data, trends and KPIs to predict future volume patterns
    • Monitor performance and create reporting material
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to influence processes and business decisions
    • Key point of contact for our Vendors concerning forecasts
    • Work in a global environment with team members with different backgrounds, cultures and countries
Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management and communication skills. You are skilled in working in Excel and it is preferred if you have experience from working with other tools such as SAS, Teleopti or PostgreSQL. You will have many contact points both within and outside of Klarna, and key will be that you are able to interact with them in an efficient manner.
