To ensure all of our stores have in place a clear people strategy, we are recruiting an area HR Business Partner that can oversee all our stores in northern region based in Uppsala. The successful candidate will play an essential role overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance, and leadership development.

To be successful in the role, you achieve results through leaders and people with clear direction, goal-setting, and a continuous follow up.  Our mission in the HR function is to support the business with a strategic employee focus in areas that make a difference to our business success; how we attract and recruit talents to H&M, how we introduce, train and develop people and leaders, and how we run our business in the best possible way according to labour law and work envrionment regulations. Our ambition is to be a leading, innovative and modern HR organization to make people and business grow!

 

About you:
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a leadership or HR position with proven organizational, analytical and decision making abilities
  • Degree level qualification in HR or business/economics (preferable)
  • Knowledge in labor law and union relations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Sales driven and result oriented, you work strategical and with vision
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
  • Excellent communication skills with English and Swedish languages skills, both verbal & written
What you will do:
  • Alongside with the Area Team you work with the store management teams to ensure that all stores have adequate staffing levels according to the business needs and general store functions.
  • Quality check store training methods and adapt global trainings to local needs.
  • Monitor staff turnover and sickness levels and take action accordingly.
  • Advises store management teams and Area team on all employee relations matters.
