H&M is now looking for a Roll Out Project Manager to be a part of the People & Access project team where we build and implement the future people platform. You will be a part of the H&M HR team, you will work globally towards business units and markets within the H&M Group and your role is to drive implementation of our new people core platform. You will actively communicate the projects benefits, support with change management to local project teams and follow up according to time plan and project activities. You enjoy acting in line with our company values and being a role model to contribute to H&M’s business success.

Who are you?
As a successful Roll Out Project Manager you are a true team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal (in English). It’s beneficial if you have experience from previous roll outs. You are hands on and able to work both operationally and strategically - easily prioritizing based on business need.
On top of that you like to work with parallel projects and naturally takes responsibility and ownership. You have a proactive approach – both in planning and in taking action and you are truly driven by change management and to inspire others.
