The challenge ahead

We are looking for an Assistant Producer for a 12-month contract.  You will work closely with our team leads and key functions at DICE such as Legal, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders within EA. You will coordinate and facilitate initiatives that crosses the borders between the game team and other departments. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants more insight into game development and wants to grow in a global project and company. Since this is a junior position we can only proceed with local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Admin support to Development Directors and Producers
• Set up and administrate suppliers, contracts and budgets
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to get all necessary agreements and budgets aligned
• Follow up on budgets with external contracted parties
• Administration for events and milestones
• Support team in booking hotel and travels
• Support and help Leads and the Development Director team with project related tasks

Candidate qualities

• This is a junior role but we would expect you to have a few years of experience of a similar role or responsibilities
• Some event planning, marketing, account management, accounting (many areas of expertise should count towards this)
• Business background (comfortable with big deals, contracts and partners)
  Experience in coordinating several initiatives in parallel
• International / Professional communication experience a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Informatics or equivalent
• Interest and experience from playing games, preferably FPS – please mention this in your cover letter
