We are looking for HR Partners that can support the organization and leaders on this journey. We work in all our home markets so you need to master English both verbally and in writing. You are guided by our values: open, simple and caring. You will ensure that the bank's vision and overall strategies will be a part of everything we do for the business.

We are now looking to strengthen our HR teams with an HR Partner that has the capability to support our leaders in the journey to reach our Wanted position.

To succeed you need to have experience of change management and a proven track record of how HR brings value to the business.

We expect you to have several years of HR experience. You need to be flexible, consultative and proactive. You are confident and mature in your role, used to work in a matrix organization with high complexity and are used to contribute in senior leadership teams.
