SimCorp Dimension specialist to Agile Team: Client & Execution i Stockholm

As a SimCorp Dimension specialist and in the role as a software engineer, you will be part of the cross functional team (CFT) responsible for what to build/deliver and to maximizing the value of the investment opportunity.
Robur works in a high straight-through-processing environment where the front office handles all investment decisions and where the end client is in focus. Team Client & Execution is part of the Core Platform Development stream and is responsible to ensure efficient development, maintenance and governance of all processes connected to the platform and related services from a portfolio manager and front office perspective. The team's main focus will be on developing the processes used by our portfolio managers and execution desk within the Simcorp Dimension solution but can be expanded to other tools and solutions depending on business needs and agreed architecture.
Robur is now moving into an agile way of working and are in need to strengthen the SimCorp Dimension specialist expertise. Our SimCorp Dimension installation is one of the largest in the Nordic region and we have just entered a 7 year long open installation file agreement together with SimCorp.

Main activities of CFTs is to:

• Develop and maintain all capabilities consumed by our front office
• Ensure stable and high quality delivery of solutions provided by external parties
• Support the implementation of new client solutions
• Ensure required governance and processes are in place for efficient and transparent operations
• Ensure support for development needed by other CFT's within the value stream
  
  

Your duties comprises:

• Contributing in all areas like analyze, design, development, test and maintenance of services delivered by the team
• Deciding on how to build solutions within architecture frames
• Configuration and implementation of functionality and modules from a front office and end client perspective.
• Improvements of existing processes and functionality
• Solving and deploying solutions of incidents and problems
• Continuously updating existing documentation for the solutions
• Ensuring quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software
• Assist the Agile product owner (APO) with material needed to prioritize the backlog in order to maximize value for the users and customers
• Input to Robur's SimCorp Dimension Roadmap
• Work together with other CFTs within the value stream
  
  

The ideal candidate has/is:

• SimCorp Dimension knowledge, at least 2 years' experience, preferably in a role such as system specialist, worked with development on the business side or as system administrator
• Experience in Asset Management business
• Strong team player with good cooperation skills
• Communication management skills
• Good understand of development and operational processes
• Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
• Proficient in oral and written English
• A relevant university degree or similar work experience
