Job Summary:
We are now looking for an DT&IT Portfolio Manager to join our small Portfolio Manager team. As Portfolio Manager at DT&IT you will work close with the DT&IT Solution Areas and other organizations as Security, Operation, Strategy, Project Management Office, M&A, Information Management and Enterprise Core inside DT&IT. The Portfolio Management team are responsible of the DT&IT Develop & Integration budget (DI), the team perform the annual plan on how the DI money best should be spent according to strategy and business needs and are also tracking the usage and keeps track of the spend. The Portfolio team are also responsible for the Service/Application Portfolio analysis, including the TCO for all services & applications. Where we are driving the continuously re-evaluation of the overall IT service/application portfolio in collaboration with Strategy & Architecture, sub-portfolio heads and SPMs. Examples of activities that this leads to is “Application cleanup” where the Portfolio team are governing the closure of 30% of the Global Applications in 2018. The team is a small team where each member is supporting each other to meet the teams tasks and targets. One to two travels per year to India might be required in the position.
