DT&IT Portfolio Manager i Stockholm

Job Summary:

We are now looking for an DT&IT Portfolio Manager to join our small Portfolio Manager team. As Portfolio Manager at DT&IT you will work close with the DT&IT Solution Areas and other organizations as Security, Operation, Strategy, Project Management Office, M&A, Information Management and Enterprise Core inside DT&IT. The Portfolio Management team are responsible of the DT&IT Develop & Integration budget (DI), the team perform the annual plan on how the DI money best should be spent according to strategy and business needs and are also tracking the usage and keeps track of the spend. The Portfolio team are also responsible for the Service/Application Portfolio analysis, including the TCO for all services & applications. Where we are driving the continuously re-evaluation of the overall IT service/application portfolio in collaboration with Strategy & Architecture, sub-portfolio heads and SPMs. Examples of activities that this leads to is “Application cleanup” where the Portfolio team are governing the closure of 30% of the Global Applications in 2018. The team is a small team where each member is supporting each other to meet the teams tasks and targets. One to two travels per year to India might be required in the position.

Responsibilities:

• You will work close with at least one Solution Areas to learn their application landscape and needs (demands & proposals). 
• You will work close with at least one Solution Areas to understand their DI needs and keep track of their spend. 
• You are mastering excel and can export reports from the DT&IT systems and create the list and models required for the tasks.
• You will work with stakeholder from all DT&IT and also outside of DT&IT.

• Stakeholder management - “Positive” person that are good at building trust and networks is important in this role since Portfolio team is one of the few teams inside DT&IT that work cross all organisations.
• Mastering Excell

Additional Requirements: 

• Knowledge in DT&IT processes, tools and infrastructure
• Knowledge in Ericsson Processes and Process management skills 
• Planning and Organizing skills
• Broad knowledge about Ericsson and Ericsson products is a plus.
• Project Management or leadership skills to be able to drive tasks the portfolio team gets appointed.
