We are seeking a Global Graphic Designer to work at Spotify’s HR department within the People Experience (Px) team.

The Px team is focused on running initiatives that showcase our employer brand, differentiate Spotify as a workplace, and enable Spotifiers to feel included and excited about life at Spotify.

You will support the HR team in creating engaging, visually appealing and on-brand content for a variety of initiatives, ranging from training sessions and events, through to our communications channels such as websites, apps, newsletters.

What you’ll do
  • Work with the Global Head of Px to evolve Spotify’s employer brand identity
  • Produce high-impact design that brings our employer value proposition to life in external and internal channels
  • Create design assets for a variety of HR projects, using a broad range of formats, such as infographics, newsletters headers, presentations, videos, digital information screens
  • Help steer projects from brief to execution, collaborating internally and guiding creative contributors along the way
  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts that approach our employer brand from fresh angles
  • Engage with external agencies to provide the required creative assets
  • Maintain a resource of all relevant materials for the HR team to use in their day-to-day work
  • Provide expert advice on the user experience for digital tools, such as our careers site and internal events app
  • Help to create immersive and interactive experiences within our offices that bring our company culture to life through experiential
  • You will be based in the Stockholm office, reporting into the Global Head of Px, and working expressly with the HR team.
Who you are
  • Passionate about graphic design, and have a portfolio you’re proud to show
  • Inspired by Spotify’s approach to HR and excited to play an important role in how we tell our employer branding story
  • You master the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation design experience (Keynote, PowerPoint)
  • Able to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colour effectively and with attention to detail
  • You are curious about broader design approaches, such as user experience, augmented reality & 3D rendering
  • Able to create high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback
  • Able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines
  • You have collaborative skills to ensure that creative executions are on strategy, in keeping with brand guidelines and within the scope of work
  • Able to explain the impact or reasoning of design and branding decisions to those not experienced in the creative branding field
