Your future responsibilities
You'll join the Documents team, responsible for delivering digital documents to all units in Nordea. Nordea is currently in the process of digitalising their processes and we are a central part of this strategy. We work with document management and print - integrated with each other in the field of Enterprise Content Management, ECM. We want to offer effective IT solutions and simplify for all business areas to offer customers digital solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyse and translate business requirements in functional and non-functional system requirements to define templates and correspondence.
- Analyse end-user needs and design.
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, source systems owners, Business Analysts and Architects to design and build OT Exstream solutions and satisfy all functional and technical.
- Serve as an expert for Opentext Exstream software development and advise the team on best practices, capabilities and limitations.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert in the team, for design and the delivery of OT Exstream solutions.
- Assess existing Templates and determine refactoring.
The role is based in Stockholm.

Your profile and background:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a OT Extream Developer.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with OT (former HP) Exstream, developing templates in Extream and working with and integrating to the Exstream content server.
- Able to operate with teams on other geographical locations.
- Solid OT Extream document design, programming, testing and debugging skills.
- Relevant business knowledge (Financial Services) is preferred.
- Analytical with strong problem solving skills and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills are essential, and you need to be fluent in at least English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge in agile methods.
