Do you want to drive our content to the next level and together with the team strive to be at the forefront of communication in the industry? Do you have experience of marketing communication and content marketing within B2B in an international environment? Then you are the right person for this role!
Corporate Marketing at Hoist Group is looking for a Content Manager. The team consists of the following positions: Chief Marketing Officer, Art Directors and Digital Manager. The team works at Group level in close cooperation with management in order to strengthen our brand and generate leads. Our work is being used and executed by our market coordinators around the world.
About the role/Main responsibilities
You will be a key person in developing our content marketing and marketing messaging. You will be responsible for ensuring that our communication is consistent and in line with the company's goals and strategy, and you will provide necessary templates and guidelines to our colleagues. You will produce copy for marketing material, campaigns, web, intranet, event, PR, IR, reference case, storytelling, newsletters, employer branding and social media.
Qualifications
- Qualified in Communications
- 5-10 years work experience in communication in a B2B and international environment
- Strategic and critical thinker with business acumen – capable of actively understanding, applying and strengthening brand and corporate strategy through messaging
- Ability to translate complicated content into engaging and easily understood text
- Perfect English skills, both verbal and written (native English is a big plus)
- Capable of managing the demands of a high workload and short deadlines
- Capable of working quickly and independently
- Good project management capabilities
- Digital communications experience and good understanding of digital channels
- Experience within content marketing and product marketing
- Experience within IT environment is a plus.
