With our focus on the future, SEED works a little differently than what you might be used to. As a Producer for our R&D work, you have to balance focus and alignment with room to explore and fail. This is a tricky problem, and as part of our growing team, you will help build process to amplify everyone’s work. You will be doing R&D on how we do R&D.

You’ll need to understand how to help self-organizing teams accomplish great things, and drive communication so we can reach past what any of us can do on our own. You’ll bring innovative ideas about production, and about the future of entertainment. You are collaborative, take initiative, and want to teach as well as learn.
