Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. You will foster a creative and learning culture.

 

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor´s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development industry
  • 1-5 years of Management/leadership  experience
  • Working knowledge in software programming languages, preferably Java and/or JavaScript as well as in industry standard frameworks like JEE, OSGi, etc.
  • Working knowledge in modern Software development environment, tools, and practices  like Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, CI, test automation, auto deployment,  etc.
  • Experience in agile development, and embracing  Lean & Agile principles
  • Strong project and people managment Skills 
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills
  • Negotiation Skill
  • Being able to formulate strategies and concepts
  • Advanced English skills are a must as it is a global environments

 

Any of the following is considered a merit:

  • Knowledge of BSS/OSS Domain
  • Knowledge of infrastructure/IP Networks
  • Knowledge of  Service Oriented Architecture (SOA, web services, REST)
