We are looking for a Business Continuity Manager, that will work close together with our Core Banking, IT Governance, IT-Operations teams.

Klarna is adapting to the future of IT-Services and strives to take new innovative solutions into consideration - but always from a standpoint of benefit to our end customers and merchants, where disaster recovery and business continuity is a vital part.

You will join our team where you will work as a global process stakeholder of disaster recovery work cross our markets, and collaborating with your colleagues in Germany, US, UK and Sweden - with a base in the Swedish HQ Office.

You like to plan, drive and deliver your work, having close stakeholder relations, director level presentations and facilitating deep documentation and control. 

To be successful in this role, we think you have relevant experience within business continuity management (or an operational risk function), ideally within the financial services sector. 

Need to have's

• You must have a good understanding of business continuity management theories and best practice in developing strategies and plans
• Advanced IT infrastructure understanding
• You have experience from financial services regulated by European Banking Association or the Swedish Financial Services Authority
• You have a pragmatic view on control and strive for continuous improvements

Nice to have's

• A good understanding of Control frameworks such as  ISO 22301 and NIST 800-34
• Enjoy a dynamic, changing and inspiring work atmosphere
