MTGHead of Executive Compensation i Stockholm

Nordic Entertainment Group, with brands such as TV3, Viasat, Viaplay, Viafree and Rix FM is looking for a Head of Executive Compensation for the Parent company, Nordic Entertainment Group AB. For the position we are looking for someone to take overall responsibility for the handling of compensation related matters on a corporate level.

What we want you to do

As the Head of Executive Compensation you will be responsible for:

  • Remuneration Committee Processes & Reporting – Preparation of materials and compensation data for the Remuneration Committee. Develop market intelligence and governance processes to guarantee that the compensation and benefits for the CEO and Senior Executives are in compliance with local practice and regulations as well as with the company directives
  • Annual LTIP Process – Ownership of the annual internal LTIP program, from management of nominations, all activities prior to grant through to vesting. Strong liaison with Rem.Co, SVP- Group General Counsel, local HR and external professional advisors
  • CEO & Exec. Management Compensation & Benefits – Ensure market compliance, quality and control through in-depth and detailed analysis of matters concerning executive remuneration and benefits. Responsible for handling the execution of Short Term Incentive plans, and payments

We expect you to tick these boxes
  • Several years of qualified experience working with similar tasks within Exec. compensation and benefits, analysis and reporting
  • Detailed knowledge of complex LTIP and STI programs and the legal requirements
  • Experience of working with Remuneration Committees
  • Understanding of taxation implications of Remuneration programs
  • Strong writing and analyzing skills including the ability to formulate information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries and reports
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Effective verbal communication including the ability to relate well with others and ability to adapt style as needed
